Shrimp Spread

Ingredients

Yield: 10 servings

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 4 1/4-ounce can shrimp, rinsed and drained well
3 green onions, sliced into rounds
3/4 cup finely-chopped tomato


Directions

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread on a 12-inch round serving platter. Cover with cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp, onions and tomato.

Each serving contains 332 calories, 27g fat, 8g carb, 671mg sodium, 95mg cholesterol.
