Beef Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
3 pounds hamburger
1 onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 can enchilada sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
12 corn tortillas
2 cans chopped olives
1 small can green chilies
4 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Mix together tomato sauce, chili powder, enchilada sauce and salt and pepper. Dip a few tortillas into the sauce and place in a Dutch oven. Add a layer of meat, chilies, olives and cheese. Repeat layers until gone. Pour the rest of the sauce over the layers. Cook 50 minutes. Add remaining cheese on top the last 5-10 minutes.
