Bean Salad Fresh from the Cupboard

Ingredients

Yield: 4-5

1 16-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 pint jar canned corn, drained
1 pint tomatoes, drained
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Wishbone Italian dressing
10 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper


Directions

Toss all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Serves 4-5.

Each serving contains 320 calories, 11g fat, 45g carb, 667mg sodium, 10mg cholesterol.
