Giant Oreo Cookies
Ingredients

For batter:
2 packages Devils Food Cake Mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
For Filling:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 to 4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mixes, eggs and oil. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Roll cookie dough into balls 11/2-inch in diameter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack. Cool completely. For filling, in a medium mixing bowl blend together cream cheese and butter. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread filling over the bottom side of a cooled cookie, then place another cookie over the filling, sandwiching the filling between the cookies. Store in an airtight container.
