Sweet Tomato-Basil Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
5 tomatoes, peeled and diced
3 large parsley sprigs, chopped fine
8 large basil leaves, chopped
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil and butter over medium-high hot. Add tomatoes and simmer about 1 minute. Add parsley, basil, garlic, salt and pepper and cook gently, about 2 minutes, until herbs are limp. Remove from heat and toss with just-cooked fresh pasta.
