Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
1/4 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions
In large pot over high heat combine potatoes with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer until potatoes are very tender, 20-25 minutes; drain. With mixer at low speed, beat potatoes until broken up. Beat in butter, buttermilk, cream and salt and pepper until smooth. Serves 4.
