Quick Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

3/4 cup apple jelly (10-ounce jar)
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 8-ounce block of cream cheese


Directions

Combine apple jelly and pepper flakes in small saucepan. Cook, stirring over low heat until melted, 5 minutes. Transfer to small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Pour over a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers. Serves 8.

Each serving contains 177 calories, 10g fat, 21g carb, 90mg sodium, 31mg cholesterol.
