Ingredients

1 large package instant lemon pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
1 baked pie shell
Whipped cream or whipped topping

Directions

Mix pudding mix with milk and beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Chill for at least an hour in refrigerator. Top with whipped cream.
