Lattice Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
1 2-crust pie crust recipe
1 deep-dish pie pan
2 cans blueberry pie filling
Directions
Roll out crust in circle to make bottom crust. Fold in half and place on pie pan, unfold and trim to extend a little beyond the lip of the pan. Pour in pie filling. Roll out remaining dough and cut into 6 or 8 strips. Place three or four strips across the pie; place the remaining three our four strips on top, going cross-wise, to form a lattice. Trim ends. Moisten ends with a little water and seal to bottom crust. With a dough or cookie cutter, cut out star shapes and place on the edge of the pie crust. Bake on bottom rack of oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until lattice crust is golden brown.
