Tuna Salad Filling

Ingredients

4 9 1/2-ounce cans tuna
8 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
5 cups celery, chopped finely
1 1/2 cups pickle relish
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice


Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes 50 sandwiches, 3 tablespoons filling per sandwich.
