Baked Cheesy Ravioli

Ingredients

(makes 3)

3 bags (13 ounce) cheese ravioli
3 1/2 cups leftover bulk spaghetti sauce for each ravioli
3 Ziploc bags with 1 cup mozzarella cheese in each
3 aluminum square containers


Directions

Put spaghetti sauce into bags. Label 350 degrees for one hour. Place with frozen ravioli in freezer. Let sauce freeze flat.

To serve: Thaw sauce completely and boil frozen ravioli for 5 minutes. The sauce must be completely defrosted to cook correctly. Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce on bottom of a 9- by 13-inch pan. Drain ravioli, then put into pan. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
