Tangy Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups cranberries
1 apple, cored and quartered
1 whole orange, quartered (remove any visible seeds)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 1/4 cups sugar
Directions
In a food processor with coarse blade put first four ingredients and pulse until finely chopped.
Pour into a bowl and add sugar. Mix well. Add nuts if desired and mix again. Cover and chill overnight. Makes about 3 cups.
