Reduced-Fat Pesto

Ingredients

3 tablespoons pine nuts
1/2 cup packed basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Directions

Place pine nuts, basil and garlic in food processor. Process until finely chopped. With machine running, slowly add olive oil, then chicken stock. Add Parmesan and process until mixture forms a paste.
