Watermelon Milkshakes
Author: Martha Moench's Cooking with Kids class at Thanksgiving Point
Ingredients
1/3 cup sliced watermelon
2/3 cup vanilla ice cream
Splash of milk
Pinch of Cardamom
Directions
Equipment needed: blender, measuring cups, glasses
1. Put watermelon, ice cream and milk into blender and close the lid. Whirl around a little, then turn the blender off and open it up to see if the milkshake is thick enough. If not, add more ice cream and whirl again.
2. Add the cardamom and stir with a spoon. Pour into glasses and serve.
