Creamy Curry Sauce

Ingredients
1 teaspoon butter
2 cups half-and-half or milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon yellow curry powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk constantly as mixture comes to a boil, to prevent lumping.
