Honey-Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 lean pork tenderloin, about 1 pound
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine honey, cider vinegar, brown sugar and mustard; mix well. Coat pork thoroughly with the sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally until meat thermometer registers 155 F. Slice thinly to serve. Makes 4 servings.
