— LDS GENERAL CONFERENCE —

President James E. Faust

Second counselor, First Presidency

Priesthood holders must strive to make their actions consistent with the virtues outlined in the 13th Article of Faith.
"The Spirit of Christ should permeate all we do, whether at work, at school or at home." he said.
Follow President Spencer W. Kimball's teachings to "make one-time decisions to do right" and be a priesthood holder of "impeccable character." President Faust added.
Honesty is integral to character and begins in youth. One's honor should make him honest in all he does.
Avoid the dangers of misusing credit, and maintain chastity before marriage and fidelity after marriage. "If husband and wife will remain pure and chaste, completely devoted to each other during the storms and sunshine of life, their love for one another will deepen into something of supernal fulfillment."
Remember to seek loveliness. "We do not seek a veneer painted on by a worldly brush but the pure, innate beauty that God has planted in our souls."
