"Increasingly, the balance between living in the world but not being of the world has become more delicate . . .
"What a reassurance it is for us to know that we are not left alone to find the course that we must follow to merit the eternal blessings of our Father in Heaven. We do not need man-made rating systems to determine what we should read, what we should watch, what we should listen to or how we should conduct our lives."
To ensure the continued companionship of the Holy Ghost means that one must live worthily and have the courage to follow promptings of the spirit that come into their lives.

He told how they played a vital role during a critical time in his life, helping him make an important decision that affected him and his family. He said a "great peace" came to his soul when he followed the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
