Burke Olsen
Burke is the general manager at deseretnews.com, having previously served as content director. Previously he was vice president of communications & marketing at Southern Virginia University. He spent three years at the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life. Prior to that, Burke worked at Susan Davis International, a D.C.-based boutique public relations firm. While working for New York-based Coltrin & Associates, he was a VIP coordinator for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Torch Relay and a media coordinator for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Burke loves glass-bottled soda, vintage scooters and tacos.
