Alex Kozora of Steelers Depot had plenty of good things to say about BYU linebacker and NFL prospect Kyle Van Noy in a recent post.

Kozora wrote that Van Noy is an "excellent athlete." He also called the star linebacker a, "playmaker, disruptive as a pass rusher and in the backfield."

However, Kozora also points out some of Van Noy's weaknesses. One of Kozora's criticisms of Van Noy is that he, "can get over aggressive at times, taking bad angles and missing tackles, has to finish plays."

But the most impressive part of this review are the video breakdowns of Van Noy's game. Kozora has 16 highlights and comments on Van Noy's strengths and weaknesses.

Check out Kozora's analysis of Van Noy here.
