Holidays mean parties and parties can mean trying to figure out what tempting food or treat to bring. If a simple, yet tasty dip is needed, try this Christmas cream cheese dip full of holiday color.
CHRISTMAS CREAM CHEESE DIP
2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, room temperature (light cream cheese an option)
1 large can of crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
4 small scallions, finely chopped
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
