The former head of the Cyberlaw Section of the Utah State Bar has launched a law firm focusing on intellectual property and litigation.
CLEGG, P.C. will be supported by Perry Clegg and two additional Utah patent and trademark attorneys, according to a press release.
Along with starting a new firm, Clegg's firm Clegg Law has launched Trademark Access, an online trademark registration service.
"The purpose of this new online trademark registration service is to provide new and small businesses affordable assistance with securing and protecting their company logos and goodwill," according to the press release.
Clegg, a shareholder and founder at Clegg Law, has also been busy with his position as the new secretary for the Intellectual Property Section of the Utah State Bar. Utah Business Magazine recognized him as one of Utah's top intellectual property attorneys, according to the press release.
