PROVO — BYU received a berth to the NCAA Tournament Sunday, barely.

The No. 14 seeded Cougars (25-8) will face No. 14 seeded Iona (25-7) in a play-in game Tuesday in Dayton, as part of the "First Four."

The winner of the BYU-Iona contest faces No. 3 Marquette Thursday in Louisville in the East Region. The game will be broadcast at 7 p.m. (MST) on TruTv. The winner of that contest will meet the winner of Murray State and Colorado State.

BYU, which lost in the West Coast Conference Tournament semifinals, was one of the last four at-large teams to receive a bid to the tournament.
