CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For just the second time this season, the Utah Jazz have strung together consecutive wins on the road.
Al Jefferson scored 31 points, grabbed nine rebounds and dished out five assists — all team-highs — to lead the Jazz to a 99-9. win over the Charlotte Bobcats.
Paul Millsap added 16 points, Derrick Favors scored 14 with seven boards, and North Carolina native Josh Howard chipped in a dozen points with 62 friends and family members in attendance at Time Warner Cable Arena.
The Jazz, who improved their record to .500 at 19-19, finish off this five-game road trip with back-to-back games at Philadelphia and Chicago on Friday and Saturday, respectively. The victory, coming two days after a 109-100 win at Cleveland, improved the Jazz's road record to 5-13.
Corey Maggette led the Bobcats (5-31) with 25 points.
