SALVADOR, Brazil — The United States — with Real Salt Lake standouts Kyle Beckerman and Nick Rimando on the bench — will try to advance to the World Cup quarterfinals for the first time in 12 years.

The United States-Belgium match (2 p.m. MDT on ESPN) is the final game of the Round of 16. The winner will face Argentina, which defeated Switzerland 1-0 earlier today in dramatic fashion.

Utahns will be gathering in large numbers at the Gallivan Center and the EnergySolutions Arena in downtown Salt Lake City.
