Baseball

REGION 1

DAVIS 14, WEBER 5: Davis piled on five runs in the sixth inning to secure the victory over Weber. Bronson Larsen doubled and homered while Tyler Hall pitched the win to lead the Darts.

REGION 2

WEST 6, HUNTER 5: Austin Butcher doubled twice and Parker DePasquale smacked a game-winning double in the bottom of the seventh inning to help the Panthers escaped with the win. Austin Bean's grand slam led the way for the Wolverines in the loss.

REGION 3

JORDAN 10, COTTONWOOD 3: Conner Ogden and Colton Shaver both had a double and homer in the win for Jordan.

ALTA 5, COPPER HILLS 4: Alta was able to put a run up on the board in the bottom of the seventh as the Hawks earned the region victory over Copper Hills. Braydon Goddard picked up the win from the mound.

REGION 4

RIVERTON 8, BINGHAM 7: Riverton put six runs up on the board in the fifth and sixth innings to upset Bingham. Tanner Draper earned the win from the hill for the Silverwolves.

AMERICAN FORK 6, PLEASANT GROVE 1: American Fork steadily pulled away from Pleasant Grove behind 12 hits at home.

LONE PEAK 14, LEHI 5: The Knights cruised at home.

REGION 5

MOUNTAIN CREST 9, ROY 2: The Mustangs got back to .500 in region play.

LOGAN 10, BONNEVILLE 6: Nine of Logan's 16 hits went for extra bases, and the Grizzlies scored four runs in the tenth inning to escape with the road victory over Bonneville. Chase Nelson and Brayden Richardson each ripped two doubles while Richardson also earned the win from the hill.

BOX ELDER 4, SKY VIEW 3: Jayle Brooks earned the win and hit a double for the Bees.

REGION 6

CYPRUS 5, CLEARFIELD 1: Cyprus' seven extra-base hits helped the pirates defeat Clearfield in region play. Parker Loutensock and Gage Taylor each hit two doubles while Loutensock also picked up the win from the mound.

EAST 6, HIGHLAND 5: East scored three runs in the seventh inning to top Highland on the road.

WOODS CROSS 2, BOUNTIFUL 1: Wildcat ace Quentin Foutz fanned 12 batters to win a pitcher's duel.

REGION 7

WESTLAKE 6, SKYLINE 5: The Thunder edged the Eagles on the road

HERRIMAN 17, HILLCREST 9: Brodi Nokes and Z Arima led the Mustang attack with four hits apiece, and every Mustang contributed a RBI as Herriman cruised past Hillcrest.

MURRAY 9, OLYMPUS 4: Spencer Downs was impressive from the mound and Justin Adams went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs as Murray defeated Olympus.

SALEM HILLS 14, OREM 2: Colton Hill ripped a double and a triple while improving to 7-0 on the mound as Salem Hills cruised past Orem.

REGION 9

PINE VIEW 19, HURRICANE 14: Pine View scored 11 runs in the top of the sixth to rally past Hurricane for the region victory.

REGION 10

WASATCH 10, UNION 0: Mason Holmes pitched a one-hit shutout while Casey Peterson ripped two doubles and batted in three runners to lead the Wasps past Union.

REGION 12

SPANISH FORK 9, PAYSON 0: Spanish Fork blew past Payson behind Bennett Bradford's 2-for-2 performance at the plate and Gentry Robinson's three-run home run in the bottom of the sixth inning. Conner Johnson earned the win from the hill for the Dons.

REGION 13

BEAVER 27, DIAMOND RANCH 0: Beaver scattered 16 hits, nine of which went for extra bases, in its blowout victory over Diamond Ranch. Sam Myers doubled, homered and pitched the win while Jesse McMullin ripped two triples to lead the Beavers.

REGION 17

PAROWAN 19, MILLARD 8: Jake Topham belted a home run and earned the win as the Rams amassed 22 hits.

2A CENTRAL

ST. JOSEPH 2, ROWLAND HALL 0: St. Joseph's Oswald Cruz and Conner Letendre each found the back of the net as the Jayhawks defeated Rowland Hall. Mitch Koehler recorded the shutout in the win.

WATERFORD 5, WENDOVER 2: Matt Johnson and Hohyun Lee scored two goals apiece as Waterford rolled past Wendover.

REGION 4

AMERICAN FORK 2, LEHI 1: Tyler Staten scored the go-ahead goal on a penalty kick for the Cavemen.

BINGHAM 2, RIVERTON 0: Bingham netted a goal in each half to defeat Riverton in region play. Gabe Altheman and Hunter Stutz scored for the Miners, while Joseph Christensen earned the shutout.

WASATCH 4, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: Ben Powell netted a pair of goals and Cody Cowley recorded the shutout as the Wasps blew past Judge Memorial.

PARK CITY 4, UINTAH 1: Gunnar Stray-Gundersen netted two goals to help the Miners get the region victory over Uintah. Haden Bunderson scored the lone goal for the Utes.

JUAN DIEGO 9, UNION 1: Six different players scored for Juan Diego as the Soaring Eagle cruised past Union in the region matchup. Will Bagrou and Gerry Garcia scored two goals each to power the home team.

REGION 12

DELTA 4, NORTH SANPETE 2: Facing a 2-2 tie at the break, Delta came out in the second half and added two more goals to earn the road victory over North Sanpete. McKay Sanders led the Rabbits with two scores in the region win.

Softball

REGION 5

BONNEVILLE 6, MOUNTAIN CREST 4: Bonneville scored all six of its runs in the fourth inning and held on the rest of the way to defeat Mountain Crest. Andrea Hancock doubled and pitched the win to lead the Lakers.

REGION 6

BOUNTIFUL 12, CYPRUS 2: Belle Stoddard had an impressive game as she hit a homer, collected three RBIs, went 4-for-4 at the plate and earned the win from the circle to lead Bountiful. Celeste Castelan led the way for the Pirates with two doubles.

REGION 7

HILLCREST 16, SKYLINE 11: The Huskies scored 12 runs in the opening three innings and held on to defeat Skyline in region play. Brook Bradshaw and Kimberlin Smith each doubled while Bradshaw also earned the win from the circle to lead Hillcrest.

REGION 8

TIMPVIEW 9, TIMPANOGOS 8: Annie Hofheins' single in the bottom of the seventh brought home the game-winning run as the T-Birds knocked off Timpanogos. Charity Meldrum smacked a double and a triple and drove in two runs, while Hofheins added a homer and two RBIs of her own.

REGION 10

JUAN DIEGO 15, UNION 0: Maddie Davis threw the shutout as Jaicibrooke Bishop and Paige Castro slugged home runs.

PARK CITY 16, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: Carson Lyman drove in seven RBIs off two doubles and a home run, while Cassidy Chester pitched a no-hitter shutout in Park City's blowout win over Judge Memorial.

REGION 11

OGDEN 9, BEN LOMOND 2: Adelena Duran doubled, smashed a homer and drove in three RBIs to help Ogden earn the region win over Ben Lomond. Chezarae Garcia pitched the win for the Tigers.

GRANTSVILLE 12, MORGAN 0: Grantsville's Teagan Critchlow and Autumn Dzierzon were both a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBIs in the shutout.

BEAR RIVER 4, STANSBURY 1: Bear River avenged an earlier loss to Stansbury and Jordan Theurer improved to 7-1 in a huge region win.

REGION 12

PAYSON 17, DELTA 1: Makenzie Simons had three doubles and held the Rabbits to just two hits to lead the Lions. Jaisha Webb added a double and a triple in the blowout victory.

RIVERTON 12, DAVIS 2: Riverton scored six runs in the fifth inning to end early against Davis.

TOOELE 14, OLYMPUS 4: Tooele scored 10 runs in the sixth and seventh innings to fly past Olympus. Whitnie Touhuni cracked a homer in the win.

PROVO 18, JORDAN 0: Eight of Provo's 14 hits went for extra bases as the Bulldogs cruised past Jordan in three innings.

GUNNISON 23, COTTONWOOD 7: Gunnison took advantage of Cottonwood's five errors and blew past the Colts in five innings.
