LONE PEAK 75, AMERICAN FORK 38: Eric Mika scored 19 points and T.J. Haws chipped in with 15 as Lone Peak routed American Fork at UVU to improve to 20-1. The Knights outscored American Fork 38-8 in the first half.
MONTICELLO 97, PINNACLE 57: Monticello had five players score in double-digits, led by Jake Duncan with 20 points, and the Buckaroos shot the lights out from downtown with 13 treys. Taje Richardson led the way for Pinnacle with 14 points in the loss.
GREEN RIVER 66, WHITEHORSE 52: Green River's 3-pronged scoring attack of Spencer Marshall, TJ Hughes and Jon Mendez combined for 47 points to help lift the Pirates over the Raiders. Elijah Garcia's three 3-pointers and 15 points led the way for Whitehorse in the loss.

MILFORD 46, PANGUITCH 38: Milford used a strong first half to upset No. 1 seed Panguitch at the Region 20 tournament at Canyon View.
PIUTE 50, ESCALANTE 49: Piute survived a major scare from Escalante to advance to the championship game of the Region 20 tournament.
BRYCE VALLEY 52, VALLEY 39: After being upset in the first round of the Region 20 tournament, Bryce Valley bounced back with a solid victory over Valley to advance to today's 5th-play game against Wayne. Whitni Syrett led the way for the Mustangs with 16 points and nine rebounds.
WEST JORDAN 48, COPPER HILLS 45: West Jordan defeated Copper Hills in a Region 3 thriller. Markii Ashton, Haley Carle and Lejla Hadzialijagic each scored 12 points for the Jaguars in the back-and-forth game.
BRIGHTON 49, COTTONWOOD 44: Brighton put away Cottonwood on the road in a close overtime game. Maddy Chin and Lindsey Johnson provided a one-two punch for the Bengals as they each scored 17 points.
PLEASANT GROVE 55, LEHI 43: Pleasant Grove picked up the big road victory over Lehi behind solid performances from MeKenna Miles and Lilly Evans. Miles scored a game-high 24 points and hit three 3-pointers while Evans added 13 points and grabbed 10 boards to record the double-double.
BINGHAM 42, RIVERTON 35: Jillian Powell was outstanding for the Miners as she scored 22 points and had four makes from behind the arc to lead her team to victory. Visiting Riverton was led by Jamie Smith who scored 13 points and hit three treys.
BONNEVILLE 72, BOX ELDER 23: Cortney Porter scored 19 points and Emilie Volk chipped in with 17 more as Bonneville rolled past Box Elder for its 20th victory of the season.
ROY 58, MOUNTAIN CREST 53: Roy's Kaitlyn Hurley led with 19 points in the five point victory at home. Aubrey Porter added 18 points with 12 coming from beyond the arc.
SKY VIEW 53, LOGAN 47: Sky View had a clutch fourth quarter as it outscored visiting Logan by six. The Bobcats led by 11 at the half but the Grizzlies quickly made a game of it as the score was tied by the beginning of the decisive final period. Tara Goldman and Kendra Falslev each played well for the Bobcats, scoring 18 and 17 points, respectively.
DIXIE 41, CANYON VIEW 25: Caroline Lantor led the Flyers with 13 points while teammate Kelsey McCann added 12 more in the win. Dixie outscored Canyon View 21-9 in the first half and cruised from there.
CEDAR 47, PINE VIEW 34: Behind its strong first-half performance, Cedar was able to walk away unscathed from its double-digit win on Pine View's home court. Taylor Davis scored a game-high 10 points with three treys, while Madison Alger added nine points to lead the Cedar.
SNOW CANYON 77, HURRICANE 55: Snow Canyon picked up the double-digit victory thanks in large part to Amy Harris who scored a game-high 27 points. The Warriors got off to a hot start, outscoring the visiting Tigers 34-6 and never looked back.
OGDEN 52, GRANTSVILLE 34: Ogden opened the game on a 14-2 run and had 12 players find the box score to help solidify the blowout road win over Grantsville in region play. Morgan Jones and Nikki Thompson led the Tigers with eight points apiece.
BEAR RIVER 71, TOOELE 31: Bear River easily defeated visiting Tooele in a Region 11 match-up. Ten different players scored for the Bears led by Jordan Theurer who dropped in 18 points.
NORTH SANPETE 47, JUAB 35: Taylor Gordon scored 19 points and knocked down two 3-pointers as North Sanpete used a big second half to pull away from Juab to clinch the final playoff spot from Region 12.
DELTA 40, CARBON 24: Delta's 14-3 run in the second quarter helped the Rabbits clinch the Region 12 Championship with the double-digit win over Carbon. TaNeil Clayton's nine points and Angela Burton's eight points led the way for Delta.
ENTERPRISE 47, PAROWAN 32: Enterprise got off to a hot start and did not allow a second half comeback from Parowan. Jaycee Reber and Taylor Phelps led the Wolves with 13 and 12 points, respectively.
BEAVER 51, MILLARD 41: Beaver outscored Millard 27-9 in the second and third quarter to escape with the road win over Millard in region play. MaCail Wood scored a game-high 15 points and added 15 boards, while Hattie Snyder chipped in 13 points and 14 rebounds to fuel the Beavers.
MAESER PREP 40, SUMMIT ACADEMY 32: Maeser Prep had a solid second half to propel it past visiting Summit Academy. The Lions trailed by two at the half but picked it up, outscoring the Bears by 10 in the second half.
WATERFORD 43, ROWLAND HALL 35: Katie Haines had a solid performance for Waterford in its road victory as she scored 14 points and hit three treys. Teammate Ria Sandhu added 10 points to the Ravens' cause.
NORTH SUMMIT 58, SOUTH SUMMIT 49: Kasidee Evans and MiCaela Willoughby combined for 31 points and 13 boards to help North Summit survive the OT scare against South Summit. Alisha Lewis' team-high 14 points set the pace for the Wildcats in the loss.
RICHFIELD 45, SOUTH SEVIER 23: Richfield's swarming defense limited South Sevier to just six first-half points, and the Wildcats racked up 20 steals in the blowout win over South Sevier. Madison Utley scored a team-high 10 points, while Megan Bean's impressive stat line of nine points, eight boards and five steals fueled the Wildcats.
AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 51, WASATCH ACADEMY 13: American Leadership's defensive intensity set the tone by grabbing an impressive 39 boards, and racking up 24 steals in the blowout win over Wasatch Academy in region play. Mauri Staheli's game-high 15 points and six steals fueled the Eagles.
NORTH SEVIER 56, GUNNISON 41: Devyn Sorensen recorded the 14-point, 10-rebound double-double for North Sevier in its victory over Gunnison. Cassidee Shepherd scored 14 points for the Wolves who, after trailing by one at half, put away the visiting squad in the second half.
ST. JOSEPH 41, LAYTON CHRISTIAN 40: St. Joseph was led in its win by Liz Tomon who finished with 17 points and 10 boards in an exciting Region 17 match-up. Layton Christian's Teneshia Davison scored a game-high 24 points in the loss.
LEGACY PREP 43, WEST RIDGE ACADEMY 18: Legacy Prep held West Ridge Academy to just six first-half points to get the road victory in region play. Kaitlyn Marsh led all scorers with 23 points, while Victoria Dennis added 15 to power the Lions.
MANTI 78, MERIT ACADEMY 11: Melanie Mitsvotai's game-high 26 points and Mandee Christensen's 18 points propelled the Templars over Merit Academy in region play.
WENDOVER 49, TINTIC 40: Wendover's well-balanced scoring attack helped the Wildcats earn the win over Tintic in region play. Stephanie Badillo and Nancy DeSantiago netted 12 points apiece to lead the way for Wendover.
DUGWAY 43, ROCKWELL 15: Dugway's Nadaja Bullock scored 28 points in the blowout victory over Rockwell which put her past the 1,000-point career mark. Victoria Sosa added six points.
MONUMENT VALLEY 81, NAVAJO MOUNTAIN 37: Monument Valley cruised past the visiting squad as it outscored Navajo Mountain by 43 combined points in the first and third periods. Heidi Nelson led the way for the Cougars with 21 points including five 3-pointers.
GREEN RIVER 71, WHITEHORSE 61: Green River outscored Whitehorse 24-4 in the second quarter which proved to be big in its 10-point win. Michaela Hughes led the way for the Pirates with 23 points while Whitehorse's Raphaela Filfred led her team with 18 points in the loss.
MONTICELLO 52, PINNACLE 27: Brittany Keith had a great night for the Buckaroos as she scored 21 points and hit five 3-pointers to lead her team to victory as it wrapped up region play with a 6-3 record.
