Our take: With all of the shooting rampages that have taken place this year, some are wondering what will happen with the gun control debate. Kristen A. Lee from New York Daily News compiles discussion from various politicians and others about gun control:
"The unfolding massacre at a Connecticut elementary school touched off an immediate public debate over the country's gun control laws, even as the White House said it was not yet the time to discuss politics.
As reports of rising fatalities flooded into a daily press briefing, Obama spokesman Jay Carney told reporters that it was not the day to discuss U.S. gun laws."
