Attorneys involved in a lawsuit with Brad Harmon, a former rodeo chairman, appeared in Federal Court Tuesday regarding a temporary restraining order.
The attorney said their clients requested the restraining order because they are concerned about money, contracts and trademark.
Judge Dee Benson rejected the request, saying he did not have enough information or details to agree.
