Things are getting busy for the Utah Utes. Fans have a couple of opportunities to interact with U. athletes (past and present) over the coming days. On Saturday, there's the Kruger Care Foundation fundraiser in Heber City, Utah, and a scheduled appearance at the Farmer's Market in Salt Lake City. On July 1, there's the Pac-12 celebration at the Utah State Capitol.

— Former Ute Andre Miller was traded by the Portland Trail Blazers to the Denver Nuggets, one of his previous stops.

Utah's running backs are in the "we'll see" category by ESPN.com's Ted Miller.

— Jon Wilner of the San Jose Mercury News recently discussed a variety of topics with Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott.

— And last, but not least . . . Arizona State's scout.com site has a lengthy review of Pac-12 football previews.

The Red Roundup is a sampling of Utah Utes-related news on the Web. It is compiled each weekday, except holidays.
