Sen. Rick Santorum thought he was being disparaging when he told Mitt Romney "being president is not a CEO. You've got to lead and inspire."

That's exactly what Romney did at the Salt Lake Olympic Games. I was a volunteer. I got up early in the morning in freezing cold weather to donate my time and efforts. Romney made me feel important and that my efforts were appreciated. I worked with volunteer policemen from all over the country who felt the same.

After the Olympics were over, there was a meeting with all the volunteers. Romney thanked all the volunteers for their efforts and being a part of his team. He is an inspiring leader who can "lead and inspire."
