SALT LAKE CITY — The University of Utah opens its second week of spring football Tuesday afternoon with a no-tackle session at Rice-Eccles Stadium from 3-5 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Should inclement weather force a move indoors to the Spence Eccles Field House, fans will not be allowed in because of limited space in the facility. The Utes are scheduled to have a tackle practice at the same time on Thursday. That's the day former Utah coach Urban Meyer will be in town to interview head coach Kyle Whittingham for a "Spring Football 101" series for ESPN's "College Football Live" show. It's scheduled to air the week of April 4.
