Faye M. Greenhalgh 1927 ~ 2011 Faye Morley Greenhalgh, 83, passed away March 11, 2011 in Nephi, Utah. She was born to William Alfred and Lydia Luella Johnson Morley in Moroni, Utah on April 30, 1927. Faye was educated in the Moroni schools, and graduated from Moroni High School. After graduation she worked for Mountain Bell in their accounting department for four years. On June 16, 1949, she married Stellman Allan Greenhalgh in the Manti LDS Temple. He died February 20, 2011. Mom and Dad spent 22,529 days together and 19 days apart. Faye worked along side her husband, Stellman, on the farm and with the dairy. Faye began working for Nephi City in 1973. She was appointed Nephi City Recorder in 1978 and served for 14 years until her retirement in 1992. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served a stake mission with her husband to the Bishop's Storehouse. Mom loved her flowers, her grandkids and a tidy home. She loved sewing and piecing quilts. She leaves to join her beloved eternal companion, Stellman. She was preceded in death by five older brothers and twin great - grandsons. She is survived by her four children: Randy (Joan), Mark (Linda), Donna (Stephen) Allred all of Nephi, and Karl (Amy) Greenhalgh of Brigham City, along with 18 grandchildren and 19 great grand-children. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in the Nephi 8th Ward, 222 South 100 East. Family and friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North. Interment will be in the Nephi Vine Bluff cemetery.
