Robert F.H. Woodberry 1928 ~ 2011 We lost a great man today.Robert F.H. Woodberry, 82, died February 14, 2011 after a long illness. He is survived by Patricia Woodberry, his wife of over 50 years; his children, David (Cheryl) Woodberry, Lesley (Rick) Herbold, Jennifer (Steven) Karren, Katie Fini, and Angelina Woodberry; his grandchildren; Sarah, Elliott, Thomas, Ryan, Lizzy, Amelia, Allison and Annesa; and his cherished great-grandchildren; Jaxston, Kaitlyn, Lia, Brigham, Connor and Ezra-Therese. He was preceded in death by his children; Helen and Adam, and his brother Stanley. He was born on April 13, 1928 in Cardiff Wales. His life path brought him from Great Britain to Canada and to the United States. He was a brilliant man who excelled in mathematics and physics. His life's work was in aerospace and aviation. There was a lot of pride felt when it was discovered that many of his projects on jet propulsion systems had been placed into the National Archives and had been translated into many languages for engineers all over the world. His best works were on the Apollo Space Missions, Airbus Aircraft and the LearJet 45. Robert was an active member of the LDS Church and appreciated the teachings. He loved God and was an example of honesty and integrity. A private service will be held for the family. It is requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
