Linux Networx receives $40 million in financing

BLUFFDALE — Linux Networx has closed on $40 million in second-round financing to help fund its introduction of new products and accelerate expansion.
Oak Investment Partners led the round, which also included new investor Tudor Ventures.
Linux Networx builds Linux cluster computer systems for commercial and government organizations. It said its expansion is planned for North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific region.
