Moseley (4-4) allowed just three runs, two earned, on six hits with a season-high-equaling seven strikeouts and no walks.
The game was tied 1-1 when Salt Lake took the lead with a three-run fifth inning, as Dee Brown scored from third on a passed ball, Ryan Budde singled in a run and Chris Walker delivered a run with a sacrifice fly.
Tacoma pulled to within one with single runs in the sixth and seventh, but the Bees put the game away with a three-run ninth inning.
Adam Pavkovich led the Bees with three hits, including a solo homer in the third inning, and three RBIs. Walker added two hits and an RBI, while Brandon Wood snapped an 0-for-16 skid in this series with a run-scoring double in the ninth.
