Born in Provo, Utah, on February 23, 1946 to James Burch Clifford and Leona Law Clifford.
Passed away on May 24, 2003, due to complications following a stroke.
Wayne retired after thirty years of service in the Linen Services Department at University of Utah Hospital. He received the most dedicated employee annual award several times during his career.
Wayne was an active member of the L.D.S. Church. He especially enjoyed visiting family and friends, joking, and traveling.
Wayne is survived by his brothers, Jim (Linda), Ron (Wendy); niece, Tracy; and nephews, Michael and Steven Clifford, stepbrothers and sisters.
Preceded in death by parents; stepfather and friend, Joe Shaw.
Services will be held at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State St., Wednesday, May 28 at 11 a.m. Viewing one hour prior to service. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
