"Together Again"
Our sweet and gentle mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great great-grandmother, sister and friend, Anne Anderson Cooper, passed away quietly April 18, 2003.
She was born in Oak City, UT Aug 23, 1920 to Jens Franklin and Eliza Hartley Anderson, and was the 11th of 12 children.
Anne loved the great outdoors and enjoyed gardening, sewing, wood working, music and reading. She found fulfillment in doing temple work and delight in small children. Her marriage to Lloyd Warren Cooper June 30, 1938 was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She is joyfully reuniting with loved ones who preceded her in death, husband, Aug 24, 1990; parents; nine brothers and sisters; friends; and two grandsons, Guy, Marty Olson. Anne will be greatly missed and always loved. She is survived by her three sons, Gary, John, Steven; six daughters, Deana Hanson, Pat Paxton, Joan Fredricksen, Kathleen Pipkin, Pamela Smith, Betty Jean Munoz; brother, Marlow; sister, Elva Finlinson; many precious grandchildren, great-grand-children, and great great-grandchildren.
The family thanks the relatives and neighbors in Oak City for their many compassionate acts over the years, and Orem Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care. Anne's daughter, Joan is greatly appreciated for her love, patience and devotion as primary caregiver.
Services will be Thurs. April 24, 2003, 2 p.m. Oak City LDS 1st Ward Chapel, 35 E. Center St, Oak City, UT. Friends may call Wed. 7-8 p.m. Berg Mortuary, 185 E. Center St, Provo, and Thurs. 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the church, Oak City. Interment, Fill-more City Cemetery.
