9/13/1920 ~ 3/21/2003
COPPERTON, UT - Edna Moulton, age 82, our beloved mother, grandmother and friend, left this earthly existence on March 21, 2003.
Edna was born Sept 13, 1920 in Moroni, UT to John Thomas Tilby Rostron and Mary Ellen Nielson Rostron. She was the eighth of their nine children. Reared in Sanpete County, she found the love of her life while working in Salt Lake City, UT. On June 19, 1940, Edna married her sweetheart, Robert Daryl Moulton in the LDS temple in the city where they met. To this union were born four children, Robert Daryl (Anne), Las Cruces, NM, Linda (Ron) Finn, Rapid City, SD, Dick (Jeanette) Moulton, Firth, ID, and Kathy, who lived with and shared life with her loving and devoted mother. Her legacy of love and service to all God's children looms large in the lives of many and is being carried on by those whom she loved most: her children, 21 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Her flowers were always blooming, her kitchen always smelled of fresh bread and she gave hope and encouragement to all who knew her. She will be sorely missed.
Edna is now reunited with her loving husband and other family members who preceded her in leaving this first estate. The family wishes to express their appreciation to all her neighbors and friends in Copperton, UT for their acts of love and service rendered to Edna and Kathy covering a span of many years.
Memorial services will be in the Copperton LDS Ward Chapel, 350 Hillcrest St., 11 a.m. Tues. March 25. Friends may call Mon. March 24 at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 S. 2200 W., Riverton, and Tues. one hour prior at the church. Interment, Utah Veteran Memorial Park.
