Robertson Systems gets new name by new owner

The Stromberg Group has renamed Robertson Systems as Clearwave Telecommunications.

The Stromberg Group acquired Robertson Electric and Robertson Systems, based in Ogden, last year.

The sales and engineering departments of Clearwave Telecommunications are located in Bountiful, pending a move to a newly acquired facility at 680 W. 200 North, North Salt Lake. The operations division already has moved to the new headquarters, along with Robertson Electric.

Mark W. Stromberg is managing member of the Stromberg Group. Phillip A. Stats has been named president of Clearwave Telecommunications, a systems integrator providing voice, data and network telecommunication services and a provider of audiovisual and security systems.

The Robertson Electric operations are an electrical contractor and structured cable systems provider operating in Utah, Wyoming and Nevada.
