A 30-year-old Bostonian has emerged as the designer of record for aspiring first lady Kitty Dukakis. David Josef says Dukakis has chosen five of his creations to wear at the Democratic National Convention in Atlanta. Josef says he finds her size 8 figure to be a "very easy, terrific figure" to work with and that she has a "commanding softness." On the other hand, Josef says there's Nancy Reagan, who looks at fashion from "an ego point of view" and wears "unapproachable" dresses in comparison to his client's look, which he says is "something women can really relate to. She's not spending thousands of dollars."
