IHC Health Plans has been awarded "Excellent Accreditation" status by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
The designation represents the organization's highest accreditation level and is awarded for service and clinical quality that meets or exceeds NCQA standards for consumer protection and quality improvement.
IHC Health Plans, which provides managed care insurance for about 480,000 clients in the Intermountain region, is the first health insurance plan in Utah to receive the NCQA's excellent accreditation status.
