Jonas Jerebko is officially a member of the Utah Jazz.

The Jazz on Monday announced that they have signed the free agent forward who most recently spent two seasons with the Boston Celtics.

The team doesn't disclose terms of contracts, but Jerebko's deal is reportedly worth $8.2 million over two years.

Utah originally agreed to the deal with the 6-foot-10, 231-pound Jerebko on July 12.

The Jazz also agreed at that time to deals with free agents Thabo Sefolosha and Ekpe Udoh, who have yet to formally sign.
