I just spent two weeks touring Scotland, the loveliest country I’ve seen yet. Breathtaking byways, lakes, forests and mountains. Immaculate dairy and sheep farms. But as we traveled, I felt strangely uncomfortable. There was something missing. Suddenly I realized what it was: No auto junkyards, no industrial wastelands and no litter. And most of all, no billboards advertising burgers and everything else under the sun! Shocked, I couldn’t wait to get back home to land management Utah-style.
