In an episode of BYUtv's “Random Acts" that aired in June, the cast threw a surprise gender reveal baby shower for Jason and Clarissa Osborn, who had recently discovered they were expecting quadruplets. On Sunday, the Osborn quadruplets came earlier than expected, and all four passed away within the past three days.
“We firmly believe that our girls have moved on to be with their Heavenly Father and their sisters,” read the Osborn’s Facebook page Wednesday morning, following the girls’ passing. “There is life after death and that gives us comfort.”
Earlier in June, “Random Acts” surprised the Osborns with their baby shower. In the video, the “Random Acts” team goes shopping for the babies. “We need four of these,” says one cast member in disbelief, picking up a crib.
The gender reveal section was posted on the Osborns Facebook page.
The quadruplets made an early entrance to the world on June 11, at 23 weeks. The four girls, Kylie, Savannah, Ellie and Lexi, all hovered at just above one pound each, and all made it through their first night on earth.
The next night, little Kylie slipped away due to brain bleeding, and the next morning, Ellie followed her due to lung bleeding.
Wednesday morning, Savannah and Lexi also passed away.
