Here's what's happening at the Utah Legislature on Thursday.

• Sen. Ann Millner, R-Ogden, is sponsoring a bill that would create an accountability system and rank schools by letter grade — from A to F. Millner is scheduled to present SB220 to the House Education Committee.

• College students from low-income families would be able to get free housing under a pilot program proposed by Rep. Mike Winder, R-West Valley City. HB312 would create the program, which calls for the housing to be located near a main transportation corridor in Salt Lake County.

• Three bills related to the study of medical marijuana are scheduled to be presented to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.
