Liz Wiseman, founder and president of the Wiseman Group, will be the keynote speaker at the 2017 Innovator Summit at RootsTech on Feb. 8, 2017, at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

SALT LAKE CITY — Wiseman Group founder Liz Wiseman will be the keynote speaker for the 2017 Innovator Summit at RootsTech on Feb. 8, 2017, according to a news release from FamilySearch.

Wiseman is a leadership strategist, best-selling author and speaker. Wiseman has worked with business executives from Disney, Microsoft, eBay, PayPal, Google and Facebook, according to the news release. She will share highlights of what she has learned in her research and observations in the field of leadership.

The RootsTech Innovator Summit keynote session will begin at 9 a.m. on Feb. 8 and will be followed by classes and the semifinal round of the RootsTech Innovator Showdown, a contest designed to foster innovation in the family history industry.

RootTech, which is hosted by FamilySearch International, will take place Feb. 8-11, 2017 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City.
