BYU football coach Kalani Sitake, former NFL player Vai Sikahema and popular LDS youth speaker Hank Smith will be the featured guest speakers at RootsTech's Family Discover Day on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City.
Family Discovery Day has been specially designed for families and for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, according to a Monday press release from RootsTech.
Both former players at BYU, Sitake is currently in his first season as BYU head coach while Sikahema is now a Philadelphia news anchor.
In addition to speaking to youth across the country, Smith is a religion professor at BYU.
It was announced last week that LeVar Burton will be the keynote speaker at RootsTech 2016. The conference, the largest of its kind, will also feature a few LDS Church leaders, according to the press release. These speakers will be announced in the next few weeks.
In addition to the speakers, the conference will also feature interactive activities, performing artists and displays of the latest family history technology.
