LEHI — Residents are invited to attend an open house on Thursday, Oct. 27, to discuss a $50 million general obligation parks bond that will be on the Nov. 8 ballot. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Eaglecrest Elementary, 2760 N. 300 West.

The proposed bond, which would be taken out over 20 years, would be used to update existing parks and open spaces and build new parks throughout the city.

The monthly cost for the bond would be $14.06 on a $281,600 primary residence. Businesses and secondary residences would pay $25.75 per month.
