— The Southeastern Conference is requiring its football teams to schedule a Power 5 opponent in their non-conference schedules. BYU athletic director Tom Holmoe is scheduled to meet with SEC commissioner Mike Slive to discuss allowing BYU to receive an exception, like Notre Dame.
